Details:
1. Weekly Meeting
The meeting will discuss about our work in a week and what should we do next week or to discuss site's revamp or whatever. This is to ensure we're working just fine and everyones are active.
2. EXO-L Talk
The readers will submit their story just like pann enter-talk, its up to them what topics they're going to submit as long as its not about other groups. They can share their personal problems/story as an anonymous. This is so that we have interactions among readers.
3. Weekly Topic
Writer's duty is to create weekly topic, whatever topic they want to bring related to EXO.
4. Suggestion Meeting
Every wednesday night we'll discuss all of the staff will submit their ideas on our weekly video, such as 10 facts about kai. For example the videos from this youtube channel should help: https://www.youtube.com/user/SoshifiedPD
5. Weekly Review
Writer's weekly review about EXO's stuff, MV, etc.
6. Monthly Wrap-Up
Every staff will report their work in a month and we'll compile all of that as monthly wrap-up. Submission date is a day before the post (monthly wrap-up) released.
7. Korean/Chinese/Japanese Lesson
Example post: http://www.exodicted.net/2016/04/exodicteds-features-exos-chinese-lesson.html OR we're going to make it as video so it'll be easier.
8. Staff's Birthday and Member's Birthday
- Staff
Each staff's appreciation birthday post will be up on pd_exd on Instagram, the plans is a secret lol. Just wait for it.
- Member
Every member's birthday we'll have either an appreaction video and article about the member. The graphic will be made by the Graphic Designer and the video will be made by the Motion Graphic.
9. Staff Of The Month
Every 3 months we'll announce the most active&hard-worker staff and the cosen will receive a prize. The prize is simple but hopefully its worth the hard-work💝
10. Anniversary Plans
If you notice, on January 10th, we'll have a meeting to discuss what should we do for the anniversary so we don't have to rush things again. We should discuss about the anniversary earlier so that we can gain more donation or whatever, just to make sure we hit the goals exactly at April 8th. (Also our own anniversary on April 1st, dont forget our birthday lol :p)
NOTICES
- TRANSLATORTranslator will have their own duty to be on Twitter to live-report during EXO's fansign/concert/event etc. Just when its needed a live report and ALSO! they'll post a short translation of EXO's twitter/instagram/weibo account directly thru our Twitter account to gain followers.
Short translation example:
Credit it with your name; YOUR NAME @ EXOdicted.net - Please take out with credits.

SOMETHING TO WORK ON:
1. Theme (70%) [Still in progress]
2. Permanent logo of EXOdicted. this is very needed, so that we don't have to change logo every comeback, its like how McD, Starbucks, etc have their own brand logo. [Not yet]
3. Each members' graphic for their birthday = This can be done by Blynn. [On process*]

The stylist will post about EXO's outfit during EXO's comeback era (like their outfit on the teaser) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that we can gain more and more followers. This is only during EXO's comeback where everything is a HOT TOPIC.
- SHOP
We'll talk about shop AFTER everything has solved and we'll create a team to manage the shop, but tbh there are so many things we have to do in the table right now so I wish we can create new team to handle our shop. Whether its from our current staff or new staff whatever. We can worry about it later when everythings solved and we have enough followers.
